A leading fashion retail group was opening 18 new stores across the GCC in 9 months, requiring the assessment and placement of over 200 store managers and district supervisors under time pressure.
Our approach: Designed a structured assessment centre model combining three psychometric tools with structured interviews. Delivered comparative ranking reports for each role level, enabling fast, objective placement decisions.
