All participants in assessment programmes must provide informed consent before completing any instrument. Organisations commissioning assessments are responsible for obtaining and documenting this consent.
Coaching services provided by TeamAnalys are professional development services and do not constitute therapy, counselling or medical advice. Coaches are not licensed mental health professionals. If a client requires clinical support, they will be referred to an appropriate professional.
Coaching session content is confidential. Summaries or progress reports shared with sponsoring organisations will be agreed upon in advance with the individual being coached.
